If you are not completely satisfied, return the item for a full refund
excluding shipping cost.
Even if you have used your launch pad.
If your launch pad kit is missing anything, has a broken part or has a wrong part, contact us by phone or email
to order replacement parts, free of charge while under warrenty.
If you are mostly satisfied with the item, but have suggestions for improvement on parts,
contact us by phone or email. I'm sure we can work out a replacement part on your ideas.
However, depending on the nature of your request, there may be a fee. If it is to our
advantage to incorporate your ideas for general sales, there may not be a fee.
In general, we want you to enjoy your launch pad. Feel free to contact us for any reason.
